My past semester exposed me to how public health functions on an international level at the World Health Organization, United Nations, Red Cross, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, and many other organizations. I learned how illegal immigrants in Switzerland, Morocco, and Eastern Europe are treated and the ramifications it has on their respective societies. The open markets of Rabat, mountains of Switzerland, and countryside of Romania are each ingrained in my mind." | en_US |
