This is a newsletter reporting on the activities of the 1976 mock convention. It is eight pages of running narrative, punctuated by two or three photographs on each page. According to the back page: "The text for this issue was written by Robert S. Keefe, '68. The photographs are by W. Patrick Hinely, '72, and Sally Mann. W&L News is published now and then by the Washington and Lee University News Office." Photographs include the keynote speaker, Senator William Proxmire and another speaker, Representative Donald W.
