Capstone; [FULL-TEXT FREELY AVAILABLE ONLINE] This paper will examine these living wage campaigns and consider how universities, along with government can provide a living wage for all university workers. The first section of this paper will define a living wage and discuss some resources that constitute a living wage. The second section will consider how three universities – Harvard University, University of Virginia and University of Miami – have dealt with the issue of a living wage. Finally, the third section will provide some recommendations for how universities and government can provide a living wage for workers. [From Introduction] Joan Oguntimein
