These pictures are portraits of a young girl in the Allan family. In Pose 1 she is holding a doll and in Pose 2, a stuffed bear. The glass plate negatives were inscribed with Mrs. J. Allan. These prints were made from the original glass plate negatives, which are housed at Virginia Historical Society.
