These photographs were taken by Madison Emleigh Smith during June and July, 2014 in Vietnam while she was in a Shepherd Internship Program.These photographs were part of the Study Abroad Photo Exhibit on October 14, 2014.Madison Emleigh Smith is a member of the class of 2016 of Washington and Lee University.Student statement about their experience: "Vietnam was an experience that will truly be life lasting. Before I got on the plane, I was more nervous than I had ever been. Traveling across the country by yourself to a culture that is pretty different in almost every way was daunting, but after being there is was so great to learn to work with people from a different culture."
