    Description
    Gov. Bill Clinton, democrat from Arkansas, addresses the 1988 Mock Democratic Convention. He is introduced by Baxter Sharp. He mentions his previous appearances at the Democratic National Convention. His speech focuses on the economy -- problems in the U.S. today, recent history, world economics. Clinton says that for the upcoming election, "The issue is what are we going to be for?"
