    The world has moved past the traditional definition of health, while institutional care in America has not. The Word Health Organization (WHO) defines health as a state of complete well-being, and not just the absence of disease. However, this ideal does not extend to millions of seniors in long-term care facilities across the nation. [From Introduction]
