In this report, the Special Committee on Racial Discrimination of the Association of American Law Schools outlines its policy on racially discriminatory admissions and describes the ways in which it encourages member schools to abide by its guidelines. The Washington and Lee University School of Law is a part of the Association of American Law schools, and at the time of this report did not comply with the policy on racial discriminations.
