    Description
    This letter from William A. Andrews (Anderson?) is addressed to Mrs. Harry L. Walker. Mr. Andrews states he has the charter, signed by Judge Holt, for the Lexington Old Folks Home and Orphanage. He outlines the process and lists the fees required to get the Charter recorded and put into effect. He also mentions that there will be no Attorney's fees or charges.
