    Description
    This document states that the undersigned agree that Mrs. Harry L. Walker, as President of the Lexington Old Folks Home and Orphanage has their support and the authority to spend money donated for that organization's use. There are 13 signatures from various prominent white citizens. The back of the list has this address in pencil: Captain David J. Gilmer, Commandant of Cadets, Salisbury, N.C.
