'Drawn from nature and printed in colors' by E. Sachse & Co. in 1857. Two originals are known to exist in Lexington; one hangs in the University Treasurer's Office and the other at 'Belfield'." The handwritten note inside the card reads, "Historic Lexington Foundation requests the pleasure of the company of Mrs. C. M. Wood at dinner, May 4, 1970, 7:00 P.M., Moody Hall, Virginia Military Institute. R. S. V. P. Box 808, Cocktails: 6:30 p.m."en_US
