The letter is dated December 26, 1941 and much of the content centers around Christmas. The stationery's letterhead is United States Air Corps, Maxwell Field, Alabama. The envelope is addressed to Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Wood and Family, Blandome, Lexington, Va. with "Tucker St." added at the bottom of the envelope. The postmark is Montgomery Ala., DEC 27, 1941.en_US
