Selected surahs and ayahs from the Qur'āh; prayers, supplications, and other devotional texts, late 18th or 19th century. Text area is framed by rules in red, blue, and gold; chapter headings rubricated. Some leaves are illuminated and notations are found throughout the manuscript. Gold and polychrome roundel verse markers with keywords in red. Black naskh set below a gold and polychrome illuminated headpiece, and within contemporaneous brown leather binding with stamped black and gilt decoration; flap binding.
